HiDoof ("we") sells digital collectible cards. By paying you agree to these terms.
Prices are shown in USD before checkout: 1 card $1, 3 cards $3, 5 cards $5; 10-card packages cost $10 (Epic), $20 (Legendary), $40 (Mythic), or $80 (Ultimate). Cards are digital images delivered to your HiDoof collection after your payment is confirmed. Characters are randomly selected. Packages guarantee at least one card at or above Uncommon (3 cards), Rare (5 cards), or the selected 10-card package rarity. One card has no additional rarity guarantee. The guaranteed card is included in the purchased quantity.
Card and Apple Pay payments are processed by Stripe. HiDoof never sees or stores your card number.
You may also use Doof cent (¢) service credit. 1¢ equals $1 USD of HiDoof services, not one US cent. Credits are account-bound and non-transferable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. A one-time top-up gift (5 premium cards for one top-up of $10 or more, one per account) is added to your Library after the payment is confirmed and is removed if that top-up is refunded below $10. Adding credit does not start generation; choosing and confirming a card package does.
Generation begins after confirmed payment. Delivery time varies with queue load and replacement attempts. You can check progress in My orders. By ticking the checkbox at checkout you agree that generation starts after payment confirmation and, where the law allows, that you lose any right of withdrawal once the cards are delivered.
See the Refund Policy.
Keep your sign-in method secure. Cards are for personal, non-commercial use. Buying a card does not transfer exclusive ownership of a character or its underlying folklore.
