Service Credit & Refund Policy

Doof cent (¢) is service credit for creating cards on HiDoof. 1 Doof cent = $1 USD; it is not a US cent. Package prices and rarity guarantees do not change when paying with cent. Credits are linked to your account, cannot be transferred and are not offered for cash withdrawal. If a paid order can never be fully delivered, HiDoof adds service credit for the undelivered part of the order to your balance, once, by a fixed rule.

Use Request help in My orders and select the relevant topic. Automated checks compare confirmed payment, saved cards and queue status. A request or waiting time alone does not issue credit. Existing generation continues until the full set is delivered; we do not create a second order when you ask for help.

For a verified service problem, HiDoof may issue service credit for another generation instead of a discretionary cash refund. Any credit must be recorded once against the affected order. Unverified claims remain unresolved until sufficient evidence is available. This policy does not remove any refund, dispute or other rights required by applicable law or payment-provider rules.
